The wide angle and colour produced by the setting sun here is amazing. This kind of shots is not commonly good, but not rare either.

However there is room for improvement for this shot.

Firstly, the focus. The focus is not set. The clouds are blurry and I supposed this is not due to exposure (since your exposure is set to 1/64 second, relatively faster than moving clouds). That aside, you have a F-number that is a little too low (f/4.5). F/4.5 gives you very shallow depth of field. Use a higher depth of field (i.e. F/10-F/12). In this case you might consider setting your focus to infinity.

From the bottom of your photo, your camera is not set to take the photo straight (the land is slanted). Might be better if your hand is seen as straight across the bottom of your photograph.

The view is amazing and I can tell that your photograph gives the passion feel that you wanted to have.
